Item description: The red stone tiara can be used for Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Pluto. Each tiara is individually handcrafted, cut by hand from .015 thick brass using titanium coated scissors. The edges are etched with a rotary tool and filed down as not to be sharp. The acrylic cabochon gem is adhered with high bonding E6000. Available with or without an elastic band elastic.
Note - The tiaras without elastic can be adhered to your forehead using spirit gum, but I do not carry it. You can find spirit gum at costume shops or on sites such as eBay or Amazon.
