Item description: This tiara is made using a thin brass tiara, and a strand of gold-tone faux pearls on a wire are adhered to the brass using E6000. Available with or without elastic.
Note - The tiaras without elastic can be adhered to your forehead using spirit gum, but I do not carry it. You can find spirit gum at costume shops or on sites such as eBay or Amazon.
