A: Shipping is included in the price, and for items and/or orders over $50, insurance is automatically added. The reason for this is because it seems that shipping prices worldwide are frequently going up. It is a little easier for the site to remain constant. For example, if shipping goes up 10 cents, we don't have to readjust every shipping cost to be 10 cents more - we just leave all the prices alone. Unless there is a huge spike in shipping prices or in cost of materials, prices on MoonPrism will stay the same.
A: That really depends on the item. It takes about half an hour to make one tiara, so it can either be shipped out the same day or next day, depending on what other items are with the tiara order. A silence glaive can take up to two weeks to complete, and a time key can take up to a month depending on how many other orders are waiting to be completed. I suggest ordering a month, or even two months, before you will need your item. It's very difficult to maintain quality on rushed orders.
